Placed orders will be, after receiving the payment, shipped within 1-3 business days. All orders will be shipped with a track & trace code.

You can choose the shipment option for your country. For most countries shipment will take place by Mondial Relay to a pick-up point. Otherwise the shipment costs are extremely high. If you prefer another shipment method, please contact me before you place your order so we can look into the options. Plese note that you are responsible for picking up your package in time, in case of an automatic return because the package wasn't collected in time, shipment cost will not be refunded and you'll have to pay additional shipping cost to resend the package. Thanks for your understanding.

Return policy

Because Flourishing Vintage is a really small business I try to limit returns as much as possible by giving clear descriptions of the product, including all measurements and several pictures. It is highly appreciated if you check measurements, ask questions if needed and make a conscious decision when you buy a Flourishing Vintage piece. This way we can lower the chance of returns that are pricy and take time and energy. Of course I want you to be really happy with your purchase, if that isn't the case and an item doesn't fit or does not match your expectations you have the opportunity and right to return your unused item within 14 days. When you want to return one or several items, please let me know by sending an email to: info@flourishingvintage.nl and send the item(s) as soon as possible but within 14 days at the latest. Return shipment costs will not be funded and are for the customer's account.

After receiving the returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days.

Please note that custom-made orders, items specially made for you, cannot be returned.

Custom orders

Can I place a custom order? Yes, if you are looking for something specific or a specific size, please contact me and we will explore the options! Please keep in mind that, as I work with vintage materials, I can't make exactly the same item twice. However, sometimes I have enough fabric left of a project to make another item in a different size and/or model. If you are looking for a specific style or color scheme we can look into my fabric-stock ad explore if we can make you a special Flourishing Vintage item!
